“I have sold many large ranches for my client’s personal use as well as developing other ranches into lots to sell for them. When I worked with H.C. Carter, owner of Paragon Properties and Carter Development, I worked on Block Assemblage, assembling 14 houses, for what is now retail and office on West 6th Street just west of Lamar.
“I am bilingual (english and español), which has allowed me to work with a variety of clients, especially those who are more comfortable speaking en español, leasing and selling restaurants to and for them as well as many personal Commercial Real Estate Investments. I can explain all aspects of the transaction en español. I exclusively represented with Jose Camarena, then Owner of Taqueria Arandas, in Houston for many years. I sold a car lot, land for a mulching business on Hwy. 59 and land on the Gulf Freeway, as well as several restaurants for him.

I leased the space on Lavaca and West 5th to Bruce Williams who owned Jelly Roll Morton’s (the first Nightclub west of Congress) that later became Antone’s (live rock and roll Bar and Nightclub) before they moved.
“I leased an Exotic Car Dealership (Ferraris and Lamborghinis, etc.) retail space that is now Whole Earth Provision on Lamar. I have leased unique industrial spaces for: a Skating Rink, large Machine Shops, wood working factories, bus depots, etc. I sold land on Tidwell in Houston where Airline Collision built their auto body repair shop. I sold 10.1 acres across from the Arboretum on Jollyville Road, 183 and 360 which is now owned by HEB where the Brick Oven Pizza is. I sold the land for a subdivision on Johnny Morris Road in Austin. With my Investors I have developed several large tracts of land, cutting them into smaller pieces, created notes when I sold the lots. Recently, I sold land for a Car Wash, land for a Grocery Store and leased a restaurant to Poke E Joe’s BBQ in Georgetown. Lately, I have been working with Users/Owners of Convenience Stores and Grocery Stores, selling them commercial sites for their stores. I am also currently researching and locating the best land opportunities for Investors I represent.”
